In this correspondence, he raised concerns about who authorized the attack on students protesting in Delhi. Gandhi stated that he is seeking accountability for the police actions taken against students who were peacefully expressing their views on July 20.
Use of Dangerous Weapons Against Students
In his letter, Rahul Gandhi emphasized that the students were merely advocating for a clean and effective education system. Instead of listening to their demands, security forces resorted to using dangerous weapons like tear gas and pellet guns. This aggressive response resulted in hundreds of students sustaining serious injuries.

Who authorized their presence there?"
