On April 19, 2026, a significant seminar titled 'Organic Food and Pollution-Free Living for People and Environmental Health' was organized in Indore, under the joint initiative of Life Care Hospital and Life Care Health Fitness, as part of the Jimmy Magilligan Sustainable Development Week.


The event featured Padma Shri awardee Dr. Janak Palta Magilligan as the chief guest. In her address, she emphasized the importance of adopting a nature-based and sustainable lifestyle, stating, 'For many years, I have been working with tribal women on organic living. As a result of these efforts, these women have become nearly self-sufficient, meeting most of their daily needs through natural and local resources, except for a few essentials.'


Dr. Magilligan further highlighted that an organic lifestyle not only enhances personal health but also plays a crucial role in environmental conservation.

During the seminar, Dr. Braj Bala Tiwari, a specialist in gynecology and infertility, delivered an extensive presentation on the significance of organic food for women's health, family well-being, and the bright future of upcoming generations.
