On Tuesday morning at approximately 8 a.m., a private bus en route from Chanju to Chamba found itself trapped in the rising waters of Kandhla Nala along the Tissa–Chamba road. The relentless downpour has led to a significant increase in the water levels, hindering the bus's ability to proceed and raising serious safety concerns for those on board.


Residents in the area have urgently requested that local authorities send JCB machines and other essential rescue equipment to the location. They emphasized the need for prompt action to ensure the safe retrieval of the bus and its passengers, thereby preventing any potential accidents.
