Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made the government's stance clear regarding the issues of malpractice and paper leaks in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Speaking at the NDA parliamentary party's 'Mangal Milan' meeting on Tuesday, he reassured students that their futures would not be compromised and emphasized the need for transparency and accountability in the examination system.

Strict Measures Against NEET Malpractice

During his address, PM Modi assured that there would be no compromises regarding students' futures and that strict legal actions would be taken against those responsible for any irregularities in the NEET exam. He reiterated the government's commitment to safeguarding students' interests and ensuring accountability within the examination framework.

No Tolerance for Future Compromises

While addressing NDA leaders, PM Modi stated that the government would not allow any malpractice to jeopardize students' futures. He firmly declared, "We will not permit anything that harms students' futures." The Prime Minister also made it clear that those found guilty of misconduct in the NEET exam would face severe penalties, including imprisonment.

A National Concern Requiring Immediate Action

PM Modi highlighted that paper leaks in competitive exams are a national concern and should not be politicized. He urged all states to take prompt and strict action wherever such irregularities are detected. The government has also ensured that eligible candidates are not adversely affected by organizing re-examinations transparently and announcing results in a timely manner.
