Meeting Held to Discuss Chief Minister's Upcoming Visit

A meeting was organized at the Rest House, Holi on Saturday to prepare for the anticipated visit of the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh. The session was led by Deputy Commissioner Mukesh Repswal, who aimed to finalize arrangements for the event.


The discussions centered around key aspects such as the location for the public meeting, traffic management, and welcoming protocols. The Deputy Commissioner instructed SHO Bharmaur, Babu Ram to implement stringent security measures, ensure smooth traffic flow, and identify suitable parking areas.


Officials from various departments, including the Public Works Department, Jal Shakti Department, and Electricity Department, were tasked with making the necessary preparations for the Chief Minister's visit.


Before the meeting, DC Mukesh Repswal and Additional District Magistrate Bharmaur, Vikas Sharma, conducted an inspection of the Holi helipad and the public meeting site to evaluate the arrangements.


Following the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner visited the historic Lake Wali Mata Temple and also checked on the Eklavya Model Residential School, Holi.


Attendees of the meeting included ADM Bharmaur Vikas Sharma, DFO Bharmaur Nawnath Shivaji Mane, SE PWD J.S. Thakur, EE PWD Bhag Singh, Tehsildar Holi Ajay Kumar, BMO Bharmaur Dr. Dipesh Baral, AE Jal Shakti Vivek Chandel, and SHO Bharmaur Babu Ram.
