As the Baisakhi festival approaches, the Chaurasi Vyapar Mandal Bharmour has formally approached the Acting Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Bharmaur. Their memorandum emphasizes the need for timely preparations to accommodate the influx of devotees expected at the Kartik Swami Temple in Kugti.


The memorandum outlines the anticipated increase in visitors and urges local authorities to take proactive steps for seamless operations. Among the key requests are:



  • Designated parking areas

  • Clear signage directing visitors to the temple

  • Improved lighting along the access route

  • Availability of clean drinking water for attendees

  • Deployment of police for effective crowd management


Further suggestions include regular cleaning of the temple grounds, ensuring cleanliness, maintaining a steady electricity supply, and appointing a Naib Tehsildar-level officer to oversee the arrangements during the temple's reopening.


The Chaurasi Vyapar Mandal stressed the importance of prompt action from all relevant departments to prevent any inconvenience for the pilgrims.
