Kishor's Vision for Political Alliance

Prashant Kishor, the founder of the Jan Suraj Party, has committed to forming a coalition between Hindus who believe in the ideologies of Mahatma Gandhi and B.R. Ambedkar, and the Muslim community, with the goal of defeating the BJP.

During a press conference following a meeting with Muslim leaders associated with his party on Saturday, Kishor outlined his vision ahead of the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections.

He stated, 'Not all Hindus support the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). In fact, it cannot be claimed that a majority of Hindus are aligned with the BJP. We are striving to create an ideology-based alliance.'

Kishor asserted, 'We aim to forge a coalition between Hindus and Muslims who adhere to the ideologies of Mahatma Gandhi and B.R. Ambedkar. Such a combination could easily defeat the BJP.'

Kishor gained national recognition for his successful management of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's election campaigns. Notably, he previously announced that his party plans to field 40 Muslim candidates in the 243-member Bihar Assembly elections. This announcement has caused discontent among the RJD-Congress-Left alliance, which traditionally relies heavily on minority votes.
