In his rebuttal, Chaudhary sarcastically questioned the rationale behind Yadav's comments, stating that some individuals now suggest that police should inquire about a criminal's caste before taking action. He urged police officers to ask for the caste first before firing. As the head of the Home Department, he emphasized that such statements are beyond common sense and reiterated that maintaining good governance is the government's top priority.
While addressing an event at the police headquarters in Patna, he asserted that the NDA government has granted the police full authority. He reaffirmed the government's commitment to uphold 'good governance' and stated that there would be no compromise on this front. The rule of law prevails in the state, and anyone challenging the police will be required to respond within 48 hours. He dismissed the allegations as baseless, asserting that the government believes in good governance and will take strict action against criminals. Anyone attempting to disrupt law and order will face severe consequences as per the law.

The government is committed to promoting the industrial sector and aims to attract approximately ₹5 lakh crore in investments by November 20, 2026. Chaudhary also mentioned various welfare measures being implemented for police personnel and their families, emphasizing that the welfare of police officers is a top priority for the NDA government.
