Damania stated that this call log was obtained from an anonymous source.

According to police, Kharat is accused of long-term sexual exploitation of a woman, including administering abortion pills and instilling fear in her.

The prosecution stated in court that the victim was exploited multiple times between 2020 and 2026. The accused allegedly kept the victim's and her family's documents and controlled her by administering drugs. Investigators noted that Kharat employed similar methods with several women.
