In a successful operation, the Baniket Police acted on information provided by Vijay Kumar, leading to the recovery of a stolen motorcycle associated with case number 17/2026. The motorcycle, a Splendor with the registration number HP 47 9631, had been reported stolen earlier this year.


The operation was executed by a dedicated team that included Head Constable Vinod Kumar, Head Constable Ashok Kumar, Head Constable Suman Chand, and Constable Ravi Kumar. During their investigation, they located the motorcycle and found that its number plate had been altered.


Authorities confirmed that the motorcycle was indeed stolen and had been modified to hide its true identity. The police are currently searching for the individual responsible for the theft, and further inquiries are ongoing.
