Significant Development Initiatives Unveiled

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated and laid the foundation for several development projects in Bihar, with a total investment exceeding ₹48,520 crore. Following the inauguration in Karakat, he addressed the local populace.


Earlier, on the second day of his visit to the state, PM Modi conducted a roadshow in Karakat, where he greeted the crowd upon his arrival at a public gathering. Later that day, he was set to inaugurate and dedicate multiple projects to the nation.


Engaging with the Public

On Thursday evening, PM Modi held a roadshow in Patna, attracting a large crowd that enthusiastically welcomed him. Many attendees waved flags and chanted slogans in his honor. Residents along the route gathered on rooftops and balconies to catch a glimpse of the Prime Minister.


New Infrastructure Developments

During his visit, PM Modi inaugurated the new terminal building at Jay Prakash Narayan International Airport in Patna, which was constructed at a cost of approximately ₹1,200 crore and is expected to serve around one crore passengers annually. Additionally, he laid the foundation stone for a new civil enclave at Bihta Airport, a project worth ₹1,410 crore aimed at supporting the rapidly growing educational and residential sectors near Patna.
