Modi's Strong Words Against TMC

During an electoral rally in South Dinajpur district of West Bengal on Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi asserted that the era of the Trinamool Congress (TMC) characterized by corruption and deceit is nearing its end. He emphasized that the TMC has failed to secure victories in other states due to a lack of intent and policy.

Modi accused the TMC of continuously insulting him and making false claims, while failing to account for their actions over the past 15 years in Bengal.

Questioning TMC's Achievements

The Prime Minister challenged the TMC, questioning what they have accomplished during their 15 years in power. He posed the rhetorical question of whether giving them another five years would yield any results, given their track record. Modi criticized the TMC for not discussing their development model, suggesting that their history is filled with lies and deceit.

He stated that the TMC has only established a model of syndicate governance, and declared that the fight against fear is crucial for Bengal's progress. Modi reassured the audience that the reign of fear imposed by the TMC is about to end, paving the way for trust and development in the state.

TMC's Electoral Struggles Beyond Bengal

Modi highlighted that the TMC has attempted to contest elections in various states, including Tripura, Assam, and Goa, but has not received any support. He noted that neighboring states have recognized their dishonesty and thuggery, which has hindered their acceptance elsewhere. According to Modi, the TMC's inability to win outside Bengal stems from their lack of vision, ideas, and policies.
