Modi noted that the people of Gujarat have sidelined Congress, and even in regions where Congress governs, the public is fed up with the party's mismanagement. Recently, local body elections in Himachal Pradesh resulted in a significant defeat for Congress, despite their governance in the state. The electorate has rejected Congress's misrule, a trend also seen in Haryana and Punjab, where the party has received a clear message that their politics of seeking opportunities amid chaos will not succeed.

The Prime Minister highlighted that the world is facing unprecedented challenges, stating, "I previously mentioned that this decade is proving to be a decade of disasters for the world." He referred to the severe crises caused by COVID-19, ongoing wars in various regions, and a significant energy crisis that has disrupted global stability. Modi expressed satisfaction that, through the collective efforts of 1.4 billion Indians, the nation is robustly confronting every crisis.

He also pointed out the widespread dissatisfaction with the Congress government in Karnataka, which led to the party changing its chief minister. Modi concluded by asserting that India has moved beyond negativity, becoming a nation filled with optimism and extraordinary aspirations. The citizens are committed to turning their dreams and determination into reality, and when the collective will of the nation is so strong, it can achieve any goal, which is the true strength of India.
