The Prime Minister acknowledged veteran leaders such as HD Deve Gowda, Mallikarjun Kharge, and Sharad Pawar, stating that they have dedicated a significant part of their lives to parliamentary service. "Even after such extensive experience, all new MPs should learn from them. Coming to the house with dedication and fulfilling responsibilities towards society are qualities demonstrated by senior leaders. I appreciate their contributions," he added.
Commending Deputy Chairman Harivansh
PM Modi also praised Deputy Chairman Harivansh Narayan Singh for the calm and balanced manner in which he conducted the proceedings of the house. "Harivansh Ji has had the opportunity to manage responsibilities in the house for a long time. He is not only skilled in writing but also hardworking. He has traveled across the country and diligently fulfilled his duties," he remarked. The Prime Minister concluded his address by encouraging members to uphold the dignity of Parliament and draw inspiration from experienced leaders, emphasizing the crucial role of their guidance in strengthening democratic traditions.
