Celebrating Women's Empowerment Under PM Modi

Raipur, June 9: Phoolbasan Bai Yadav, a prominent social worker from Chhattisgarh and the President of the 'Maa Bamleshwari Self Help Group', expressed her admiration for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership on Monday. She highlighted the significant achievements of his government over the last 11 years, particularly in empowering women.

In an interview, Yadav remarked, "The past 11 years have seen our nation make impressive strides in crucial areas such as women's empowerment, sanitation, Atmanirbhar Bharat, and Digital India."

She pointed out that PM Modi has been instrumental in enhancing the dignity and self-worth of women.

"Thanks to self-help groups, countless women have gained employment and achieved self-sufficiency. Although we may lack formal education, PM Modi has faith in us. Today, many women proudly refer to themselves as ‘Lakhpati Didi’,” Yadav shared.

She recounted an inspiring story of two women balancing family responsibilities and work, demonstrating that women can achieve financial success alongside men.

Commenting on the recent 'Operation Sindoor', Yadav stated, "Two courageous daughters of India played a vital role in targeting terrorist hideouts in Pakistan. This operation exemplifies the strength and resolve of Indian women and mothers."

Yadav also acknowledged the Swachh Bharat Mission for enhancing dignity and safety for women nationwide.

"The construction of toilets in every household has not only improved hygiene but has also added a new dimension to women's empowerment," she noted.

Discussing the impact of Atmanirbhar Bharat, Yadav mentioned that women are now exploring various livelihood options. "Thanks to PM Modi’s vision, our women are aspiring for greater dreams and achieving economic independence," she stated.

She further commended the advancements in Digital India, highlighting how tasks that once took days can now be accomplished in mere minutes.

"This marks the dawn of a new era," she concluded.

"Under PM Modi’s guidance, India is progressing in all sectors, and this transformation is evident throughout the country, including in Chhattisgarh."
