A terrifying situation unfolded for passengers aboard a flight from Hyderabad to Hubballi when the aircraft circled in the air for nearly two hours before being diverted to another city. As the flight neared Hubballi, it was unable to land due to adverse weather conditions. Consequently, the aircraft circled above Hubballi from around 4:15 PM to 6:15 PM. During this time, passengers experienced turbulence, which caused panic among them.

One woman was heard pleading with God for the safety of herself and her children, while another passenger expressed confusion and a desire to land safely. They stated that the weather in the Hubballi area deteriorated suddenly, making a safe landing impossible. Following standard procedures, the aircraft was held in the air for a while, and when conditions did not improve, it was redirected to Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru.

The flight safely landed in Bengaluru at approximately 6:45 PM. Once the situation stabilized, it was cleared to proceed to Hubballi and later returned to its original departure point in Hyderabad. A spokesperson for the airline emphasized that safety was never compromised during this process and that all actions were in accordance with international standards. They also noted that their team is well-trained to handle such situations and that the airline has an excellent safety record.
