Vidyan Mane, a resident of Sangli, has accused Palash Mucchal of making casteist comments during a dispute. According to the complaint, Palash had taken approximately 25 lakh rupees from Mane as an investment for a film titled 'Nazariya,' promising to complete it within six months and to give her a role in the project.

Film Never Materialized

Mane claims that the film was never produced, and when she requested her money back, Palash allegedly kept delaying and eventually refused to return it. During a meeting on November 22, 2025, in Sangli, the situation reportedly escalated, with Mane asserting that Palash used derogatory terms.

Serious Accusations from Mane

In an interview with the media, Mane labeled Palash as a 'fraud,' stating that he failed to fulfill his promises and resorted to abusive language when she demanded her money.

Palash's Response

Earlier in January, Palash Mucchal announced on social media that he had filed a defamation lawsuit against Vidyan Mane for 10 crore rupees. He claimed that the allegations were false and intended to tarnish his reputation.

Controversy Following Marriage Cancellation

This controversy has emerged following the cancellation of his marriage in December 2025. The wedding was scheduled for November 23 but was postponed due to Smriti's father's health issues. During this time, Palash was also hospitalized in Mumbai, leading to various speculations about their relationship.
