Drone Breach Near Line of Control Sparks Security Alert

In Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, a Pakistani drone infiltrated Indian airspace near the Line of Control (LoC), reportedly dropping suspicious explosive materials, ammunition, and narcotics. Following this incident, security forces launched an extensive search operation. According to official sources, the drone entered Indian territory in the Khari Karamada area and remained for over five minutes before returning across the LoC.


Military Recovers Ammunition and IEDs Near the Border

Authorities suspect that the recovered items were dropped by the drone. They reported that the materials were found in the Chakkan Da Bagh area of Khari village, situated between the Rangar Nala and Poonch River. During inspections, military personnel discovered a bag filled with ammunition and a yellow tiffin box containing approximately two kilograms of an improvised explosive device (IED).


Bomb Disposal Squad Deactivates IED
