Odisha's Tiranga Yatras: A Tribute to Armed Forces and 'Operation Sindoor'

Bhubaneswar: On Saturday, Odisha's Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, along with Union Minister Jual Oram and various state ministers, took part in Tiranga Yatras throughout the state to pay tribute to the Indian armed forces for their remarkable achievements in ‘Operation Sindoor’.

For the past four days, Majhi has been actively involved in these Yatras, walking nearly 2 kilometers while proudly holding the Tricolour during an event in the Ekamra Assembly constituency of Bhubaneswar.

Despite the intense heat, he marched from Nuagaon Chhak to the Jhadumallu temple.

During the event, Majhi expressed that these Tiranga Yatras would significantly enhance the nation's efforts against terrorism.

The BJP, in collaboration with the Odisha government, has organized these Yatras in over 5,000 gram panchayats across the state.

Union Minister for Tribal Affairs, Jual Oram, also participated in the Yatras across the Sundargarh district.

"I joined numerous citizens in the Tiranga Yatra, a special initiative to celebrate the success of 'Operation Sindoor' and honor our courageous soldiers," Oram stated.

Additionally, Odisha's PWD Minister Prithviraj Harichandan and Housing and Urban Development Minister KC Mohapatra joined similar Yatras in Baripada, the district headquarters of Mayurbhanj.
