Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi embarked on a two-day trip to Delhi on Sunday, focusing on discussions that aim to enhance Odisha's industrial sector and stimulate economic progress.
According to a statement from the state government, CM Majhi will engage with various stakeholders and industry leaders during this visit, outlining his vision for the future of Odisha while highlighting the reforms and initiatives implemented by the government to foster a favorable investment climate.
The statement indicated that several significant Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) will be signed, which are expected to bolster the existing industrial framework and attract substantial investments, ultimately generating employment opportunities and driving economic growth in the state.
Among the companies involved in these MoUs are Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, Petronet LNG, and Indian Strategic Petrochemical Reserves Ltd.
These partnerships reflect the state's dedication to establishing Odisha as a premier hub for petrochemicals and chemicals, positioning it as a vital contributor to the nation's sustainable growth strategy. The CM's agenda also includes a visit to the HCL Tech campus in Noida, which represents the technological advancements Odisha aims to integrate into its industrial landscape.
