The tournament was officially launched with the unveiling of the trophy, attended by key figures from the Odisha Cricket Association, including President Pankaj Lochan Mohanty and other officials. The six teams participating in this edition are:

3. Rourkela Steelers

4. Keonjhar Miners

5. Puri Titans

6. Sambalpur Warriors

The players' draft is scheduled for September 6, leading up to the 17-match tournament.
