Odisha CM Mohan Charan Majhi Tackles Public Grievances with Impressive Results
Significant Progress in Grievance Resolution
In Bhubaneswar, Odisha's Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has successfully addressed more than 88% of the public grievances submitted during 13 grievance sessions, as reported by an official release.
The Chief Minister's Office (CMO) revealed that a total of 12,252 grievances were logged by the 13th session of the grievance redressal initiative, with 10,807 of these issues already resolved.
The remaining grievances are currently being processed for resolution.
On Monday, Majhi, alongside Deputy Chief Minister KV Singh Deo, seven ministers, and senior officials, conducted the 14th public grievance hearing since he took office in June of the previous year.
Upon arriving at the CM's Grievance Cell, he prioritized listening to the concerns of persons with disabilities (PwDs) first.
He instructed the relevant department secretaries to ensure that all grievances received that day are addressed promptly.
Additionally, public grievance hearings are also organized in various districts across the state.
