Noida Woman Files Lawsuit Against Husband Over Concealed Baldness

A peculiar incident has emerged from the Bisrakh area of Noida, where a woman has initiated legal action against her husband after discovering his baldness post-marriage. This information was confirmed by a police official on Monday.
The police reported that the woman has made serious allegations not only against her husband but also against other family members. Consequently, a case has been registered against her husband, Sanyam Jain, along with his father Sanjay Jain, mother Sushma Jain, brother-in-law Kunal Jain, and uncle Hemant Jain under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Station Officer Manoj Kumar Singh stated that Lavika Gupta, a resident of Gaur City Avenue-1, filed her complaint on Sunday, revealing that she married Sanyam Jain, a resident of Rana Pratap Bagh in Delhi, on January 16, 2024.
According to her allegations, several crucial facts were concealed from her before the marriage. Singh noted, “The woman claims that her husband is completely bald and uses a fake hair patch, despite being told he had thick hair at the time of their wedding.” The police also mentioned that the woman accused her husband of hiding information regarding his educational qualifications and income.
In her complaint, she stated that since their marriage, her husband has been blackmailing her, threatening to make private photos public. The Station Officer further revealed that the woman accused her husband of physical abuse during a trip abroad and pressuring her to bring back marijuana from Thailand.
Based on the woman's complaint, the police have registered cases against all accused under various sections and are currently investigating the matter.
