He pointed out that during the tenure of Lalu Prasad Yadav, when issues arose, Yadav appointed his wife as Chief Minister, prioritizing family interests over public welfare.

Five-Year Employment Plan

While addressing the gathering, Kumar presented a roadmap for Bihar's future, announcing plans to provide employment opportunities for one crore youth in the next five years to foster self-reliance. He stressed the importance of women's empowerment, stating that 35% reservation in police jobs and opportunities in government positions are being made available for women. Additionally, he mentioned that numerous women have been linked to employment through self-help groups, and financial assistance of up to 2 lakh rupees is being provided under the Chief Minister's employment scheme.

Minister Vijay Chaudhary and Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary also addressed the crowd. Chaudhary expressed his emotions, stating that even though Kumar is moving to the Rajya Sabha, they have secured a promise from him to keep a close watch on Bihar from Delhi. Samrat Chaudhary added, 'Nitish Kumar is our guardian, and Bihar will always progress under his guidance.'
