Nitin Nabin Takes Charge as BJP's New National President Amid Celebrations

On Tuesday, a significant day in the history of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Nitin Nabin officially assumed the role of the 12th National President of the world's largest political party during a grand ceremony held at the party headquarters in Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi not only congratulated Nabin but also won hearts with his humility and dedication to the party.

While congratulating Nitin Nabin on his new position, PM Modi expressed, "I congratulate Nitin Nabin on becoming the president of the world's largest party. When it comes to the party, Nitin Nabin is my boss, and I am just a party worker." This statement was met with enthusiastic applause from the audience.

PM Modi elaborated on the extensive internal election process that has been ongoing across the country for several months. He explained that this democratic procedure involves electing leaders from grassroots levels to top organizational positions, strictly adhering to the BJP's constitution. He stated that this process has now been formally completed, showcasing the party's strong democratic values, discipline, and worker-first philosophy. He praised the efforts of millions of party workers involved, saying, "This grand organizational election process symbolizes the BJP's democratic faith, organizational discipline, and worker-centric approach."

PM Modi emphasized that the BJP's leadership model derives its strength from its heritage and commitment to public service. He remarked, "I extend heartfelt congratulations to all party workers across the country for making this process a success... Our leadership is guided by tradition, enriched by experience, and advances the organization with a spirit of public and national service."

Discussing the party's legacy and milestones, PM Modi noted, "In the past year and a half, we celebrated the 125th birth anniversary of Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee, the 100th birth anniversary of Atal Ji, and the centenary of the RSS. These inspirations strengthen our resolve to serve the nation. Our leadership moves forward with tradition, gains strength from experience, and advances the organization with a spirit of public service. I congratulate all former presidents of the BJP."

The Prime Minister reminisced about the party's remarkable journey, stating, "Under the leadership of Atal Ji, Advani Ji, and Murli Manohar Joshi Ji, the BJP has traveled from zero to the pinnacle. During this journey, many senior leaders, including Venkaiah Naidu Ji and Nitin Gadkari Ji, expanded the organization. Under Rajnath Ji's leadership, the BJP achieved a full majority for the first time on its own. Then, under Amit Bhai's leadership, the BJP formed governments in several states and secured power at the center for the second consecutive term. Under JP Nadda Ji's leadership, the BJP strengthened from the grassroots to Parliament and returned to power for the third time. I salute all former presidents of the BJP."
