In an effort to enhance essential public amenities, Ranbir Singh Nikka, the MLA of Nurpur, has overseen the installation of a water cooler near the Shiv Temple along the main road in Bhatka village, part of the Kopra Panchayat.
This new installation aims to serve both local inhabitants and passing travelers, ensuring access to safe drinking water, particularly during the hot summer months when hydration is crucial.
Residents of the village have expressed their appreciation towards the MLA, highlighting that his dedicated involvement in local development initiatives is evident. They believe that the effectiveness of a public representative is reflected in their ability to meet the daily needs of the community.
MLA Nikka stated that political responsibilities should extend beyond election periods, focusing on recognizing and resolving community issues. He remarked that even minor efforts, like providing drinking water facilities, play a significant role in public service.
With the addition of the water cooler, the people of Bhatka village will now enjoy a vital resource, representing a further advancement in public conveniences within the Nurpur constituency.
