A new water cooler has been set up near the Old Gas Agency to benefit school and ITI students as well as the general public frequenting the market, following the lifting of the Model Code of Conduct.


This facility, funded entirely by Councillor Mrs. Rajni Mahajan (Ward No. 2 and former Vice President of the Municipal Council Nurpur), aims to provide clean and chilled drinking water during the hot summer months.


Mrs. Mahajan stated:


“Your trust is my strength. This journey of service will continue. I have already stated that whatever salary I receive from the government will be dedicated to the people, and beyond that, I will keep serving from my personal resources as much as possible.”
