Warm Welcome for New SDM in Bharmour

Upon taking office as the new Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Civil) of Bharmour, Ajay Kumar received a warm welcome from a delegation representing the 84 Trade Association Bharmour. The group congratulated him and honored him with a traditional shawl and cap.


In their discussions, the association raised important concerns affecting local businesses and stressed the necessity for adequate preparations for the upcoming sacred Shri Manimahesh Yatra. They requested that the administration ensure a smooth experience for pilgrims, traders, and the public during the pilgrimage.


The delegation also pointed out the need for enhanced infrastructure in the area, including improvements in electricity, drinking water supply, road conditions, sanitation, parking facilities, and traffic management. They specifically called for better arrangements at significant religious sites such as the Chaurasi ancient temples, Kartik Swami Temple, Banni Mata Temple, Bharmani Mata Temple, and the sacred Manimahesh Dal Lake to facilitate the experience for devotees.


SDM Ajay Kumar responded positively to the suggestions, assuring that the administration is dedicated to collaborating with relevant departments to enhance facilities during the Yatra and at religious locations.
