New Leadership Elected at Govt. Arya College's CSCA Ceremony

The oath-taking event for the newly elected members of the College Students’ Central Association (CSCA) for the academic year 2026-27 took place at Govt. Arya College, Nurpur.
The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp in honor of Maa Saraswati and the rendition of Vande Mataram. Dr. Anil Kumar extended a warm welcome to all attendees, while Acting Principal Dr. Diljeet Singh led the oath of office and secrecy for the newly elected officials and appointed members.
- Akriti Sharma (B.Sc. III Year) was sworn in as President
- Vanshika assumed the role of Vice President
- Jiya Vardhan took the position of Secretary
- Shruti Devi was appointed as Joint Secretary
Additional representatives from various departments including Arts, Commerce, Science, B.Voc, NCC, NSS, Rovers, Rangers, Cultural, Sports, Road Safety Club, and Eco Club also participated in the oath-taking.
During his speech, Principal Dr. Diljeet Singh congratulated the new CSCA members, emphasizing that true leadership involves guiding peers and providing direction. He underscored the significance of comprehensive development, discipline, and accountability, stating that the CSCA will serve as a voice for student issues and concerns.
CSCA President Akriti Sharma expressed her appreciation for the role, while Dr. Rakesh Kumar offered the vote of thanks. The event concluded with the National Anthem, attended by approximately 300–400 students, faculty, and staff.
