Background of the Case

The Gurugram police reported that Radhika, a former state-level tennis player, did not operate her own academy but instead booked various tennis courts to train players, a situation that reportedly displeased her father. Tragically, on Thursday, Radhika (25) was allegedly shot dead by her father, Deepak Yadav (49), at their two-story residence in Sushant Lok, Gurugram. He was presented in court on Saturday, where he was remanded to judicial custody.
