Iran's Alleged Threats Against Trump

On Sunday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu asserted that Iran's Islamic regime has identified U.S. President Donald Trump as a significant threat to its nuclear ambitions and is reportedly plotting to assassinate him.

Netanyahu stated, "They want to kill him. He’s enemy number one," as reported by a media outlet.

He praised Trump for his decisive leadership, noting that unlike others, he did not engage in weak negotiations that would allow Iran to enrich uranium, which could lead to nuclear weapons, while also providing them with substantial financial resources.

Netanyahu emphasized that Trump rejected a flawed agreement, took decisive action by eliminating Qasem Soleimani, and firmly stated that Iran cannot possess nuclear weapons or enrich uranium.

He further explained that for Iran, Trump represents their primary adversary.

Additionally, Netanyahu revealed that he himself has been targeted by the regime, referencing a missile that was fired into his home.

He described himself as Trump’s "junior partner" in efforts to undermine Iran's nuclear capabilities.

Israel's Response to Nuclear Threats

Netanyahu warned of an "imminent threat" of nuclear annihilation facing Israel, asserting that the nation must take aggressive action in what he termed the "12th hour."

He articulated a dual existential threat: the rapid weaponization of enriched uranium by Iran aimed at destroying Israel, and the accelerated development of their ballistic missile arsenal, potentially reaching 3,600 missiles annually.

He projected that within three years, Iran could amass 10,000 ballistic missiles, each weighing a ton and capable of reaching Israeli cities at Mach 6, with a future projection of 20,000 missiles in 26 years.

Netanyahu insisted that no nation, especially one the size of Israel, could withstand such a threat, necessitating immediate action.

He reiterated that Israel's defensive measures are not only for its own protection but also for global security.

Iran's Retaliation and Israel's Military Operations

In response, Iran launched a significant ballistic missile attack on Israeli cities, although many missiles were intercepted.

Netanyahu expressed confidence that Israel's military actions have considerably delayed Iran's nuclear program, stating that negotiations with the regime are unproductive.

He affirmed Israel's readiness to take any necessary steps to neutralize the nuclear and missile threats posed by Iran.

Describing the military initiative as Operation Rising Lion, Netanyahu characterized it as "one of the greatest military operations in history," addressing the Iranian populace and highlighting their oppression under the regime that has long threatened Israel.
