The NCW also requested prompt actions in accordance with the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Reports indicate that the 20-year-old wife of DMK youth leader Deivaseyal has lodged a police complaint, alleging sexual abuse and claiming that he compelled other girls to engage in sexual acts with politicians.
