Murder Investigation Launched After Canteen Operator Found Dead in Gurugram

On Tuesday morning, the lifeless body of a 50-year-old canteen operator was discovered in Sector 37D, Gurugram, covered in blood, according to police reports. Authorities noted that the victim's vehicle was parked nearby.
Family members of the deceased suspect that the murder may be linked to a dispute that occurred a few days prior.
A senior police official revealed that a murder case has been registered at the Sector 10 police station following a complaint filed by the victim's son. The body has been handed over to the family after a post-mortem examination.
According to police, the victim was found bleeding near Rama Garden in Sector 37D. A police team arrived at the scene and transported him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead by medical staff.
The deceased has been identified as Sanjay Sharma, a resident of Basai Enclave Part 2 in Gurugram, originally from Vidhauli village in Palwal. He operated a canteen outside DPG College in Sector 34.
In his complaint, the victim's son stated that his father had left for the canteen in his car on Tuesday. He mentioned that there had been a fight involving some individuals at the canteen a few days earlier, and he believes those involved were responsible for his father's murder. Police confirmed that a team is thoroughly investigating the case, and they expect to apprehend the suspect soon.
