Tragic Poisoning Case in Greater Noida West
In a distressing event, a mother and her son ingested poison in a luxury residential area of Greater Noida West. Fortunately, police intervened in time, providing medical assistance and transporting them to a hospital.
The individuals involved, identified as Seema Garg and her son Siddharth, were residing in Cleo County Society. Authorities reported that their financial situation had significantly declined following the passing of Seema's husband.
The police were alerted by Seema's brother, Pradeep, who expressed concern after failing to reach them by phone. Upon receiving the call, officers quickly arrived at the residence and gained entry with the assistance of the society's maintenance team.
Upon entering, they discovered Seema and Siddharth unconscious on their bed, with a white foamy substance around their mouths. They were rushed to the hospital, where medical staff confirmed that they had ingested poison. Subsequently, both were transferred to a facility in Delhi for further treatment.
Seema's husband, Sudhir Garg, a businessman, had passed away a few months prior, leading to a decline in the family's financial stability, which reportedly resulted in unpaid rent for their apartment. Shakti Mohan Awasthi, DCP of Central Noida, stated that both Seema and Siddharth are currently receiving medical care, and an investigation is underway to explore all possible circumstances surrounding this incident.
