The monsoon season is still in full swing in Rajasthan, with various regions experiencing light to heavy rainfall over the past 24 hours. According to the Jaipur Meteorological Center, rainfall was recorded at multiple locations until 8:30 AM on Saturday.


The highest rainfall was noted in Sambhar (Jaipur), where 87 millimeters of rain fell. Meanwhile, the maximum temperature reached 39.4 degrees Celsius in Jaisalmer during this period. The meteorological department has indicated that the monsoon is expected to remain active in most parts of eastern Rajasthan over the next two weeks, with above-average rainfall anticipated. Similarly, it is expected that the monsoon will remain active in many areas of western Rajasthan for the upcoming week, with rainfall predicted to be higher than normal.
