On Monday, the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) officially launched the MCA Champions Trophy 2026 at the MCA BKC Ground. This tournament serves as a significant preparatory event leading up to the T20 Mumbai League 2026.
The inauguration was graced by MCA President Ajinkya Naik, Chief Guest Rajeev Kulkarni, former Indian captain Diana Edulji, along with various officials and players. The tournament is set to take place from April 20 to April 30, featuring eight teams chosen by MCA selectors from a pool of registered players for the T20 Mumbai League. Matches will occur at four venues: MCA BKC, MCA Sachin Tendulkar Gymkhana in Kandivali, Dadoji Konddev Stadium in Thane, and Western Railway in Mahalaxmi.
