Manipur Triumphs in Dr. Talimeren Ao Junior Girls' Championship

Manipur secured their 12th title in the Dr. Talimeren Ao Junior Girls' National Football Championship Tier 1, achieving a stunning 9-0 victory against Bengal at the RDT Stadium in Anantapur. This win marks an impressive hat-trick of championships, as reported by the All India Football Federation (AIFF).


Key players for Manipur included Chingkhamayum Redima Devi, who scored three goals at the 8th, 41st, and 65th minutes, and Longjam Nira Chanu, who also netted a hat-trick with goals at the 29th, 55th, and 59th minutes. Additionally, Yaiphabi Thokchom contributed with two goals at the 68th and 76th minutes, while Mongjam Pusparani Devi added another at the 75th minute. Manipur led 3-0 at halftime, and their dominance was clear as they celebrated yet another championship title.
