Major Reshuffle in Madhya Pradesh Administration: Nine IAS Officers Transferred

The government of Madhya Pradesh has issued orders for the transfer of nine IAS officers to various departments. This marks a significant reshuffle within the bureaucracy, affecting senior officials of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). Neeraj Mandloi has been appointed as the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) to Chief Minister Mohan Yadav.

 

According to officials, Mandloi will take over from Dr. Rajesh Rajoura, who will now serve as the ACS for the Narmada Valley Development Authority and the Water Resources Department. In addition to his role in the Chief Minister's office, Mandloi will also oversee the crucial Energy Department and the Public Service Management Department.

 

The Urban Administration and Development Department will now be managed by ACS Sanjay Dubey, who replaces Sanjay Shukla. Dubey will also hold additional responsibilities in the Science and Technology Department as ACS. Shukla has been assigned additional duties in the General Administration Department as ACS, along with coordination in the Chief Secretary's office, aviation, and as the chairman of the Staff Selection Board.

 

DP Ahuja, previously the Principal Secretary of the Fisheries Welfare Department, has now been appointed as the Private Secretary in the Cooperation Department. Meanwhile, M Selvendran, who served as Secretary in the Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, has been reassigned as Secretary (Personnel) in the General Administration Department.

 

In Indore, Prabal Sipaha, who was serving as Secretary of the MP Public Service Commission (MPSC), has been appointed as the Commissioner of Higher Education, replacing Nishant Varwade. Varwade will now take over as Secretary of the Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department. Additionally, the state government has appointed Rakhi Sahai, currently the Managing Director of the MP Finance Corporation in Indore, as Secretary of the MPSC in the same city. Furthermore, the government has entrusted additional responsibilities to Tanvi Hudda, the Additional Commissioner of Commercial Tax in Indore, as MD of MPFC.

 

Sanjay Dubey has been appointed as the Additional Chief Secretary of Urban Development and Housing.

Rakhi Sahai is now the Secretary of the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPSC).

Sanjay Kumar Shukla will serve as the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) in the General Administration Department.

DP Ahuja has been appointed as the Principal Secretary of the Cooperation Department.

M Selvendran will be the Personnel Secretary in the General Administration Department.

Nishant Varwade has been appointed as Secretary of the Agriculture Department.

Prabal Sipahi will take charge as the Commissioner of Higher Education.
