The investigation took a significant turn when Prashanth, a drug supplier, disclosed that Srikanth had purchased cocaine for Rs 12,000 during the filming of 'Theingarai'. Krishna's Arrest

Actor Krishna, who is the brother of filmmaker Vishnu Vardhan, was arrested after allegedly evading police summons and fleeing to Kerala. He was detained on June 26 following a lengthy interrogation and a raid at his residence in Besant Nagar, where he was taken into custody alongside a suspected drug dealer named Kevin.

Medical Reports and Ongoing Scrutiny

Interestingly, Krishna's medical tests showed no signs of drug use, and he claimed during questioning that his heart and stomach issues prevented him from consuming drugs. However, his financial dealings, digital communications, and connections to Prasad are still under investigation.

The inquiry into the actors began with WhatsApp messages found on Prasad's phone, linking him to Pradeep Kumar, who is believed to be his drug supplier. As the investigation unfolds, the police have indicated that it is far from complete, and both actors will remain under close observation.
