Vehicle Reduction Initiative by Chief Minister

In alignment with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's appeal for frugality, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Mohan Yadav, announced on Tuesday that he will reduce the number of vehicles in his convoy until further notice. This information was confirmed by an official.


During a cabinet meeting held on Monday, Chief Minister Yadav urged his council members to minimize the consumption of petrol and diesel in the interest of the nation and emphasized the importance of increasing the use of public transportation.


The Chief Minister's convoy will now consist of only eight vehicles, down from the previous count of 13. The official also mentioned that vehicle rallies will not be organized during his tours, and all ministers will utilize the minimum number of vehicles for their travels.
