Madhav Tiwari, an all-rounder for Delhi Capitals (DC), has expressed his ambition to excel in domestic cricket and lead the Madhya Pradesh team to victory. He emphasized that consistent performance at this level is crucial for his progression in the sport. Tiwari stated, "My primary objective is to perform well in domestic matches and secure a trophy for my state, MPCA. Achieving this would be the perfect immediate goal. I aim to maintain this momentum and elevate my game further from here. Thus, my focus is on continuous improvement and implementation of my skills."

Journey to Success

As a lower middle-order batsman and medium-fast bowler, Madhav Tiwari has yet to debut in senior domestic cricket for Madhya Pradesh. However, he has made his mark in the Indian Premier League (IPL) with Delhi Capitals. Acquired for Rs 40 lakh before the IPL 2025 season, he made his debut against the Mumbai Indians, scoring 3 runs without bowling. In IPL 2026, he participated in three matches, showcasing his growth by taking four wickets at an average of 21.75.

The margins for error are minimal at this level, which drives you to refine your skills and learn continuously."
