Blood Donation Camp in Mahwa
Mahwa (Dausa), May 31, 2026: The president of the Elementary Secondary Teacher Association (RESTA) in Barmer district, Rakam Sarsaina, has set a commendable example by donating blood for the second consecutive time at a blood donation camp held at the sub-district hospital in Mahwa.
While donating blood, Sarsaina emphasized that donating blood is a noble act of serving society. He urged both teachers and the general public to regularly donate blood to help save lives.
State President Mohar Singh Salavad remarked on this occasion, “In today’s fast-paced lifestyle, many individuals are falling prey to serious illnesses. It has become common for people to experience a shortage of blood. Without timely blood availability, a patient’s life could be at risk. Through blood donation, we can save lives.”
Salavad and district president Rakam Sarsaina called upon all capable individuals to participate in blood donation. They noted that donating blood not only assists others but also offers health benefits to the donor.
The provincial, district, and block-level officials of the teacher association praised Rakam Sarsaina's contributions, stating that the teaching community should fulfill its responsibilities towards society through such initiatives.
