Special Public Prosecutor Rajeev Tiwari stated that the special judge under the POCSO Act, Devashish Pandey, delivered the verdict against the accused, Amir Hussain, aged 24. In addition to the life sentence, the court mandated that failure to pay the fine would result in an additional six months of imprisonment.
