LIC Nurpur to Conduct Interviews for Women Empowerment Initiative

The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has announced that it will be conducting interviews for 80 positions as part of the 'Bima Sakhi Yojana', a program aimed specifically at empowering women. The interviews are scheduled for August 4, 2026, starting at 10 a.m. at the LIC branch in Nurpur.

Candidates interested in applying must have completed at least the 10th grade and should be aged between 20 and 60 years. Those selected will receive a stipend of ₹7,000 in the first year, followed by ₹6,000 in the second year, and ₹5,000 in the third year, in addition to commissions based on performance.

Women who wish to participate in the interview are encouraged to bring the required documents. This initiative is designed to enhance women's employment prospects and promote financial independence within the insurance industry.
