Celebrating a Decade of Leadership

Itanagar, July 28 - Union Minister Kiren Rijiju recently met with Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu at the Parliament House in the national capital. During this meeting, he extended his congratulations to Khandu for completing ten years at the helm of the northeastern state. Rijiju praised Khandu's leadership, highlighting that Arunachal Pradesh has achieved significant milestones in infrastructure, social sectors, and governance over the past decade.


In a post shared on the social media platform 'X' on Monday, Rijiju stated, 'Today, I had the opportunity to meet the Honorable Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Pema Khandu, at the Parliament House. I congratulated him on completing ten years in office. Under his leadership, the state has made historic advancements in infrastructure, social sectors, and governance.'


Khandu expressed his gratitude for the support from the Union Minister and attributed the state's developmental journey to the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He took the oath of office as the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh on July 17, 2016, and has recently marked a decade in this pivotal role.
