Khan Sir's Legal Battle: Anticipatory Bail Petition to be Filed Amid Vandalism Allegations

Faisal Khan, known as Khan Sir, is set to file an anticipatory bail petition in Patna following allegations of vandalism at his coaching center. His lawyer claims the FIR is part of a conspiracy to defame him, asserting that there are no real charges against Khan. The incident involved security personnel firing shots during a disturbance caused by a group of individuals damaging the center's property. The legal team plans to submit the bail request as court proceedings resume after the weekend, aiming to clear Khan's name amidst these serious allegations.

Khan Sir Takes Legal Action

In Patna, Faisal Khan, widely recognized as Khan Sir, is preparing to submit an anticipatory bail application in the civil court. This move comes after he was implicated in a police report concerning vandalism at his coaching institute.

His attorney, Arvind Kumar Mahuar, claims that the FIR is part of a scheme to tarnish Khan's reputation.

Patna's Senior Superintendent of Police, Kartikeya Sharma, confirmed that Khan has been named in the FIR related to the vandalism incident at Khan Global Studies Institute.

Authorities have detained two security personnel from the coaching center, who allegedly discharged their weapons when a group of 15-20 individuals damaged the center's signage and hurled stones.

Mahuar stated, "Khan Sir's inclusion in the FIR is a retaliatory act following a complaint filed by his staff against the director of another coaching center. He intends to file for anticipatory bail and will not surrender to the police."

The lawyer indicated that the anticipatory bail request is expected to be submitted on Monday.

He further asserted that there are no substantial allegations against Khan.

According to Mahuar, evidence from videos and photographs shows that the guards fired shots into the air solely for safety reasons, with no injuries reported. He believes Khan's name was wrongfully included in the disclosure statement to implicate him.

The anticipatory bail petition is anticipated to be filed by Khan when court activities resume after the weekend.
