Kangana Ranaut's Reaction to the Shocking Murder Case

On Monday night, BJP MP Kangana Ranaut expressed her outrage regarding the disturbing murder of Raja Raghuvanshi. Taking to Instagram, she voiced her strong disapproval of the brutal Meghalaya Honeymoon case, labeling it as 'absurd.' In her IG Story, she remarked, 'How absurd is this!! A woman cannot refuse marriage due to fear of her parents, yet she can orchestrate a cold-blooded murder with hired killers.'

Ranaut shared that the situation has been troubling her, stating, 'This has been on my mind since morning, but I can't seem to comprehend it!!!' She criticized Sonam Raghuvanshi, the accused, saying, 'She couldn't even choose to divorce or escape with her lover. This is not only cruel and heinous but also incredibly foolish. Ignorant individuals pose a significant threat to society. We often dismiss them as harmless, but that's a misconception. While intelligent people may harm others for personal gain, a foolish person is oblivious to their actions! Stay vigilant against ignorance around you.'

Sonam Raghuvanshi is the main suspect in the murder of her husband, Raja Raghuvanshi, whose body was discovered on June 2 near the Weisawdong waterfalls. After disappearing on May 23, Sonam was located in Uttar Pradesh's Ghazipur after 17 days. The police arrested her for allegedly hiring hitmen to kill her husband. Reports indicate that she had contacted her brother to inform him of her safety.

Originally from Indore, Sonam was found in a disheveled condition early Monday morning. Following her discovery, Indore police quickly traveled to Ghazipur to apprehend her. In addition to Sonam, four other suspects—Akash Rajput, Vishal Singh Chauhan, Raj Singh Kushwaha, and Anand—have been identified and arrested from various locations in Madhya Pradesh. Meanwhile, Sonam's father, Devi Singh, has denied the accusations against his daughter and is calling for a CBI investigation. Recently, Sonam was presented in a local court in Ghazipur to seek transit remand approval.
