Jyotiraditya Scindia, the Union Minister for Communications and Development of the Northeast, along with his role as the MP for Guna, dedicated his second consecutive day in Ashoknagar to address public grievances during a hearing held in Kachnar. Demonstrating his commitment to public service, he spent over three hours interacting with each applicant and instructed officials to expedite the resolution of issues.
Increased Trust Through Immediate Resolutions
During the public hearing, a total of 512 applications were received, with 121 cases resolved on the spot. The remaining 391 applications were directed to the relevant officials for timely action. This swift response fostered a sense of trust and satisfaction among the citizens.
Transparency Through Token System and Online Tracking
All complaints were registered under a token system, and online tracking of pending cases will be implemented. This will allow each applicant to easily check the status of their issues, ensuring transparency in the resolution process.
