Police Operations Target Terror Networks
On Sunday, the Jammu and Kashmir police launched a series of anti-terror operations in various locations within the Poonch district, particularly in border areas. Officials confirmed the details of these raids.
According to the authorities, searches were conducted at eight different sites in the Surankote tehsil and its surrounding regions. The aim of these operations is to dismantle networks linked to terrorists from Pakistan and thwart plans by local supporters to incite youth into engaging in destructive activities.
Earlier this month, police had executed raids at approximately 60 locations in the border district of Poonch targeting individuals who assist terrorists.
