LG Manoj Sinha Visits Injured Pilgrims in Srinagar

Srinagar, July 28 - The Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, visited the Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) on Tuesday to check on the Amarnath pilgrims who were injured in a bus accident in the Ganderbal district. The incident occurred when a bus carrying pilgrims skidded off the road and fell onto a house in the Kangan area, resulting in injuries to at least 39 individuals. Fortunately, there were no occupants in the house at the time of the accident.

In a post on 'X', LG Sinha stated, “Today, I visited SKIMS in Srinagar to inquire about the well-being of the Amarnath pilgrims injured in the road accident in Ganivan, Ganderbal.” He further mentioned, “Thanks to the blessings of Baba Barfani, all 39 pilgrims are currently in stable condition and are showing signs of improvement. I have instructed the hospital administration to provide the best possible care to the injured.”
